How do I report objectionable content?
Tap the flag icon at the top right of an event or community page and choose Report objectionable content; if your app doesn't show this option, email us the name of the content. Content that breaks the rules is removed, and the account that posted it loses its permissions or is closed.
From the same menu you can hide an event or block a community; a blocked community's events no longer appear in your feed. You can remove blocks under Profile › Privacy and my data.
I forgot my password
Tap Forgot password? on the sign-in screen or open the account recovery page. A single-use reset link is sent to your account's email address. If it doesn't arrive, check your spam folder.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Profile › Privacy and my data › Delete my account and confirm. Your profile, profile photo, followed communities and event choices are permanently deleted; this cannot be undone. If you can't access the app, email us from your account's address to request deletion.
Before deleting, you can use Export my data on the same screen to get a copy of your data.
Can I use it without an account?
Yes. You can browse events and communities without an account. Joining or saving events, following communities and opening registration forms require a free account.
I organize a community. How do I publish events?
Create a regular account in the app first, then send us your account's email address together with your community's name. Once your organizer access is set up, you can publish and edit events and see participants in the management panel.
